Foundation work for the affordable homes at River Hill development is underway, with a conventional poured-in-place concrete job on the ranch home. Bob and the framing crew give an in-depth look at how a wall frame is laid out from the plan, how windows and door openings are framed to code, and how all the elements are fastened together. It's sheathed with oriented strand board, and then everyone lends a hand to raise and brace it in place.
