The Berkshires are known for being a popular tourist spot, as well as a thriving artist community. Bob Vila visits one of the area's artistic centers, Shakespeare and Company. Back at our modular project, high end appliances have been installed, as well as some hardwood flooring. Impressive doors have gone up, and we'll flashback to see how the structured wiring for the house was done back at the factory in Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this site. Certain construction delays have made it logistically impossible for us to follow the project to the end. Before we leave the Berkshires, however, Bob will take us over to check out the ongoing project at Elm Court in Lenox. This astounding 70,000 square foot home was neglected for almost half a century, before a new generation reclaimed it and began a massive restoration.
