When best friends Andy and J.P. set out to buy houses, they realized that their money didn't go very far. So, they combined incomes and bought a great house in a hot neighborhood-two doors from a popular chain of lakes, right in the city. Overall the 1902 house is well-kept, but it has a few problem areas, including the main bathroom that has an 80s style with chocolate brown tile and white laminate everywhere-not to mention lots of wasted space. Our plan is to demo the bathroom, make better use of the space and give it a spa-like feel. We begin this final episode by installing the countertop and sinks, then move on to the wall-mount faucets and toilet. A towel warmer radiator is installed, and finally, new shower fixtures a little paint finish off the bathroom.
