Homeowners Nate and Carolyn moved a year ago with their two sons to this 1918 arts-and-crafts bungalow. The main floor of the house retains its original arts-and-crafts charm, but the upstairs was finished very cheaply with low ceilings and an awful half bathroom. This episode begins with the installation of reclaimed oak flooring. Professionals are brought in to take care of insulating the ceiling. Then, the crew begins to tackle the newly framed-in shower. A steam generator is added, and the shower pan is poured.
