An old '70s bathroom is renovated into the ultimate bachelor's bathroom that is truly high tech!

Dr. Larry Cohen lives in a mid-'70s rambler where nothing in the house has been touched since it was build -- the orange kitchen, the green foil wallpaper and the shag carpeting -- it's all here and the bathroom is just as tacky! The entire house is being remodeled and host Amy Matthews is going to help him create the ultimate bachelor bathroom that will feature luxurious high-end fixtures and accessories. In this third of four episodes Ryan and the doctor add a tankless hot water heater to ensure that the home has enough hot water for our high-end bathroom fixtures. They begin tiling the bathroom with granite tiles for the walls and tub deck. Then they install a finish layer of concrete floor that is stamped and stained to look like natural stone.
