Assembly Required, when you think "cottage" you don't think steel. Joss Hudson designed an eco-friendly cottage made entirely out of steel. Jeri Berc and Roni Posner decide to become his prototype clients, and build the steel kit to use as a garden studio in Delaware. The members of the Peace River Shores community in Florida want to build the steel structure for another reason; their clubhouse was destroyed by Hurricane Charley. They need to build another clubhouse that will not only go up fast, but won't be destroyed if another hurricane comes to town.
