    Steps:

    1. Impress top curve of design, solid dots, chisel lines, frame and flower placement to tin (figure A).

    2. Cut out and smooth edges and corners with metal file (figure B).

    3. Transfer frame design to foil. Use a light touch to avoid etching lines into metal.

    4. Cut out frame with multi-purpose scissors (figure C).

    5. Cut an X with craft knife inside opening. Wearing gloves, cut out just inside pattern line using paper edgers (figure D).

Note: Hold punch tools straight up for clean designs. Hit mallet with a consistent force for uniform holes.

    6. Punch small dots with prick punch and large dots with 3/32-inch punch. Punch chisel designs.

    7. Transfer chisel designs. Transfer open circles and lines to back of tin. Prick punch dimples and punch screwdriver lines.

    8. Transfer edging lines to back of frame. Emboss lines with stylus and 1/8-inch circle on each scallop (figure E).

    9. Add dimension to frame by rubbing sculpting tool on back of foil. Fill indentations with hot glue.

    10. Transfer four 3/4-inch circles to a small piece of foil and cut outside line with paper edgers for flowers. Emboss lines on front of flowers in between scallops. Curve petal edges slightly up (figure F).

    11. Paint designs with thin coats of Paint Jewels and highlight while still wet (figure G).

    12. Secure hanger on back. Allow to dry flat.

    13. Secure cardboard, photo and flowers to tin front and frame over photo using 7800 adhesive (figure H).
