Steps:
1. Remove protective paper coating from Lucite ornament.
2. Cut a small square of Cut n' Dry foam stamp pad (about 1-1/2").
3. Shake Decor-It paint and apply generously to Cut 'n Dry square.
4. Dab paint onto stamp. Let it sit a minute so it's not too wet.
5. Press onto center of Lucite square--not too hard or the paint will squish out around the design (figure A).
6. Lift stamp straight up to reveal the design. If the design smears, clean it off with Decor-It cleaner and start over.
7. If stamped design isn't perfect, touch up with permanent black pen.
8. When finished stamping, clean stamps quickly using cleaner and an old towel so paint doesn't dry.
9. Allow stamped ornament to dry.
10. Apply Crystal Lacquer from applicator tube onto inside portions of the stamped design (figure B). It tends to shrink away from the acrylic, so push it right onto the inside edge of the paint.
11. Place ornament in the Tidy Tray and shake beads over the Crystal Lacquer. Tap ornament lightly to remove excess beads and pour them back into bead container (figure C). If beads spread too far, you can push them back with the toothpick.
12. Allow ornament to dry thoroughly, about 30 minutes.
13. Apply another coat of Lacquer over beaded area and apply another coat of beads. Allow to dry thoroughly.
14. Repeat on opposite side of ornament and allow to dry thoroughly.
15. Apply lacquer and contrasting bead accents. Repeat on the other side and allow to dry thoroughly (figure D).
16. Brush off loose beads and glitter using a paintbrush.
17. Color ornament edges with gold or silver accent pen.
18. Tie ribbons through hole and add an ornament hook if desired.
