She wanted to learn how to make the jewelry so she took a mold-making class and some basic ceramic classes then set to work making holiday jewelry and ornaments.
Beaux's designs inlude Christmas tree earrings, angel earrings and a light bulb necklace, which was among her very first pieces.
She uses standard glazes to color her work and fires it several times throughout the process.
