    advertisement

To create an entertaining and personalized holiday, Carol proposes an assortment of festive ideas, both creative and practical:

    • Transfer iron-ons to gift wrappings and outline them with dimensional paint.
    • Use fusible adhesive or a hot glue gun to cover boxes with Christmas print fabric.
    • Rubber stamp and emboss designs onto plain paper to use as gift wrap.
    • Tape a paper bag to the edge of the table to catch the trash while you are wrapping presents.
    • String a cord through Christmas lights to make a necklace. You can alternate the lights with bells to add sound.
    • Keep gift wrapping essentials, such as paper, bows, scissors, tape, etc. together in a box or, preferably, in an organizer.
