Carol loves alternative uses for conventional products. For example, the wooden entertainment center on her set serves as the perfect organizer for craft supplies. She houses fabric and quilts in the space intended for a television set, and other crafting supplies are contained in the drawers made to hold compact discs and videotapes. When your crafting day draws to a close and you're finished with your supplies, just close the doors and the piece looks like an attractive standing wardrobe. Make a booster seat out of empty cardboard milk cartons. Fully open the tops of eight empty, clean, quart-size or gallon-size milk cartons. Take a pair and push one carton completely inside the other so that the bottom of each carton touches the top of the other. Repeat this step with the other three pairs. Put the four reinforced boxes side-by-side and wrap them together with fabric or Con-Tact paper.
