In response to a viewer letter, Suzanne McNeill suggests ways to use "tube" ribbon to make candy-filled party favors. This ribbon already comes sewn up its length, thus forming a thin tube. Just cut off the desired amount from the spool, sew the bottom of one of the ends and fill the ribbon tube with candy. Using a ribbon that already has a string, or wire in it, tie off the top of the tube, and pull the string to form a bow.
