The Carol Duvall Show camera crew visits metalsmith Debbie Hutchinson to focus on her fused metal technique.

Hutchinson makes jewelry and martini forks by fusing gold and silver together without solder. Her martini forks sometimes incorporate stone such as quartz and often have inventive themes as well. She made one set to look like tees with golf balls resting on them.

Hutchinson's jewelry has a very modern feel, taking on geometric shapes. She starts by fusing gold and silver to create a new sheet of metal then cuts and molds the metal into a ring or earrings.
