This mask is glamorous and dramatic enough to wear to a fancy dress ball. The mask itself can be a standard, full face mask coated with several layers of gesso or it can be a smooth white mask from a costume shop. Paint dramatic designs and patterns with glow in the dark dimensional fabric paint. For children a half mask might be more satisfactory. Here's another idea just for fun, place an inexpensive white lampshade on one of your lamps and decorate it with the paint. It too will glow in the dark! Look for glow-in-the-dark paint at local craft and hobby stores.
