    Steps:

    1. Remove foam backing from the inside lid of the memory box. Make a glitter lace panel using lace, glitter and sticky paper. Cut to fit (figure A) and stick on inside of lid (figure B).

    2. Glue ribbon border all around the inside edge of lid over the glitter lace panel (figure C).

    3. Decorate ribbon with glitter (figure D).

    4. Glue photos and fabric designs of different shapes and sizes onto the glitter lace panel (figure E).

    5. Glue on any printed words that you want (names, dates, etc.). Let dry several hours, leaving lid open.

    6. Line inside bottom of box by gluing down a piece of fabric cut to fit.

    7. Line inside bottoms of each canister with different pieces of paper or fabric, or coat bottom with adhesive and add a layer of glitter for a decorative liner. Let dry.

    8. Decorate some or all of the canister lids with glitter or printed words (figure F) and let dry.

    9. Put small 3-D items in each canister and set aside.

    10. Cut decorative paper to desired size and shape and glue onto top of box lid.

    11. For the next three steps, you'll be creating a layering effect. Glue on glitter lace panel, cut to desired shape and size for photo. Then glue photo onto glitter lace panel (figure G).

    12. Decorate top of box with glitter and write words in glitter or glue on printed words (figure H). Let dry several hours.

    13. Arrange the canisters in the box (figure I).
