Wine collector Gray Mosby and master carpenter Joe Glass install and test the climate control or cooling unit. The exterior grade cellar door is installed. The crown and base molding are pieced together on the interior. Mosby stocks the cellar with his wine collection. He and his wife, Paula, toast the completion of the project with their first wine tasting party in their new wine cellar.
