Wine collector Gray Mosby learns about the various types and styles of wine racking available. He and master carpenter Joe Glass assemble four types of redwood wine rack configurations. The racking is leveled, squared and anchored to the cellar walls. The racking is cut for the cooling unit and Mosby finds out how much bottle storage he'll lose.
