Consistent design elements are key to creating a stylish mini-album. Here, Sara Douglass shares her technique for carrying the same design element across all the pages. Materials: Classic Alphabet set Soft Swirls background stamp White, navy and radiant white vellum card stock Night of Navy Craft pad Blue marker Navy eyelets - Cut a 5"x7" piece of Ultrasmooth White card stock for each page.
- Mask (cover) with scratch paper 4-1/4" of each page, leaving 2-3/4" of white cardstock showing (figure A).
- Stamp Soft Swirls background with navy ink on the white cardstock and allow to dry completely before removing the mask.
- Use blue marker to fill heart shapes (figure B).
- Type desired text, print on vellum, and cut to size. Attach with navy eyelets.
- Trim photos, layer on Night of Navy card stock, and attach to pages.
