Small containers can house eyelets, fasteners, and other scrapbooking minutiae that often gets lost.

Are you spending more time searching for supplies and tools than actually cropping? Get those minutes back by installing a peg board storage wall for all your paper and materials. Scrapbooking expert Rebecca Ludens demonstrates the installation with the help of host Sandi Genovese.

    Materials:

2' x 4' sheet of garage liner white peg board
    2 - 4' lengths 1" x 2"
    2 - 1'9" lengths of 1" x 2"
    1 package of #10 2" wood screws
    Washers
Drill with bit slightly smaller than screws
Phillips screw driver attachment for drill
    Pencil
    Stud detector
    Level
    20 12" x 12" Paper Station Trays (Display Dynamics)
Assorted peg board organizers as desired

    1. Use stud detector to ind studs on the wall you will be securing the pegboard to. Mark the studs with a pencil.

    2. Pre-drill holes into the 1" x 2" and screw them to the wall forming a 2' x 4' rectangle. Use level to keep rectangle straight along the wall. Secure the 1" x 2" at each spot crossing a stud, forming a securely framed anchor for the peg board wall.

    3. Hang peg board (figure A), then secure to frame work. Place a washer over a screw , then screw the 2' x 4' section of peg board onto the frame on the wall (figure B). Secure with screws and washers approximately every 6-8 inches all the way around.

    4. Starting at the bottom of each row begin attaching the Paper Station trays to the wall.

    5. Attach any additional hooks and organizers onto the wall.

    6. Fill wall with paper and supplies.
