The key to making quick pages in a short amount of time is organization. Here, Jill Rinner shares organization tips that can make croppin' quicker, easier and more creative. - Organize photos by chronological order or by subject. When you take pictures will help you determine this. For example, if you only take pictures at special events and celebrations, you can organize them by subject.
- Before cropping, pull pictures and products together. Place the pictures for each layout and all the elements you might use on the page (i.e., title, die cuts, stickers) in an envelope so they can be easily accessed. Cut photo mats ahead of time if desired. When you go to crop, you will still have the creative freedom to make a spontaneous page, but all your elements will be right there and you can complete several pages in one sitting.
