... and is easily accomplished with the use of dimensional "sticky" tape or adhesive sheets. The tape comes in two sizes for versatility, while the adhesive sheet is best used when creating die-cut shapes.

A variety of beaded embellishments can be created.

Designer Janice Lowe says adding beaded accents to pages is easier than ever. Add dimension and texture simply by covering a favorite die-cut shape with double-sided, cushioned tape or adhesive sheets, then cover with beads!

    Materials:

    Die-cut
Double-sided cushioned tape or adhesive sheet (Freckle Press)
    Tray
    Brayer

For best results, adhere the double-sided adhesive sheet to a piece of cardstock, then die-cut (or use a template and craft knife) both the sheet and cardstock into the desired motif.

    1. Peel the protective backing from the adhesive, then place die-cut shape in tray.

    2. Pour beads over the shape (figure A), then press beads with fingers to ensure proper adhesion.

    3. Roll over beaded surface with brayer (figure B) to firmly embed the beads into the adhesive material.

    4. Add embellishment to page and complete page as desired.
