Designer Tracy Junge shares some of the tips and techniques she learned while putting together an ABC album with her daughter. - Allow your child to choose the things that are important in their lives. For example, Junge's young daughter chose "blonde" (the color of her hair) for "B" and Christmas (her favorite holiday) for "C".
- Don't limit the pages to items or nouns, choose descriptive words as well. Junge documented her daughter's first trip to the dentist, which was later used with the word "Brave."
- The word doesn't have to begin with the letter, just include it. Junge used the word "sweet", then capitalized the "W" to make it stand out.
