    1. Starting at about 1 inch from the top right corner of your card stock, gently rip down the edge of the paper.

    2. Using a large hole punch, punch holes down the ripped edge of the paper, about 1/2 inch apart.

    3. Tie small lengths of red and blue ribbon through the holes and cut ends short (figure A).

    4. Apply a 2-inch strip of blue harlequin paper down the left edge of the card stock.

    5. Apply a 1-1/2-inch strip of blue striped paper down the right side of the card stock, near the ribbon border.

    6. Add photos to layout as shown.

    7. On top left photo, add a ribbon corner by crisscrossing two lengths of ribbon on the bottom left corner.

    8. Add an appropriate bingo letter to intersection and rub name directly on the ribbon (figure B).

    9. Rub number strip on the top of the top right photo and highlight the appropriate age with a mini bottle cap.

    10. Use a label sticker with alphabet stamps and handwriting to highlight event.

    11. Write and stamp journaling onto a piece of red splatter paper and cut to fit inside of large bookplate.

    12. Add a stencil letter border and tie bookplate to the layout with thin ribbon.
