DIY Network's digital photography expert, Erin Manning, is a veteran photographer from southern California. Whether in front of the camera or behind it, photography has always been a part of Erin's life in some shape or form: synthesizing her experience and education in art, technology and entertainment.
Erin's professional photography company specializes in lifestyle imagery for clients such as AT&T, Bank of America, Disney, various lifestyle magazines, healthcare organizations and individuals. She also enjoys teaching photography to everyone from children, college students and passengers onboard Crystal Cruise Lines.
Erin spent several years honing her craft by working as a commercial, portrait and stock photographer, as well as working for Getty Images, and completing a degree in Studio Art/Graphic Design from Loyola Marymount University. She is a member of the Advertising Photographers of America and the Los Angeles Digital Imaging Group, whose purpose is dedicated to advancing the art and science of digital imaging.
Viewers may recognize her as the gadget girl on DIY's Enable Your Home, the popular workshop full of ideas, projects and tips for making a home more convenient, accessible and livable.
