The pipe finder from A.W. Sperry InstrumentsB. works like a metal detector. Its voltage adjusts to find the precise location of the metal. To use the tool, simply hold it up to a wall, and move it up and down. When the tool is directly in front of metal, its speaker sends out a signal.
