How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on August 16, 2007 until 5:00 p.m. ET on October 1, 2007, you may enter the DIY Do it Yourself Network ("DIY") DIY Blog Cabin Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") in any of the following ways: (i) online by visiting the DIY website (www.diynetwork.com) (the "DIY Website") and completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day); or (ii) hand printing your name, complete address and phone number either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper to: "DIY’s Blog Cabin Sweepstakes", P.O. Box 53313, Knoxville, TN 37950. Entrants using US mail may enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 1, 2007 and received by October 8, 2007. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void. When you enter at the DIY Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming DIY promotions and information about DIY and the Participating Product Contributors defined below. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. Proof of mailing, in person submission, or online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older, except employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of Sponsor, Ritway, Inc., Lumber Liquidators, Inc., and all other participating contributors (collectively, the "Participating Product Contributors") and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local contributors. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential Winner and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person based on such background check if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the prize to such potential Winner might reflect negatively on Sponsor or any of the Participating Product Contributors. By entering, all participants and/or entrants release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, Sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law.

How Winner will be Determined: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on approximately October 10, 2007 by Ritway, Inc., an independent judging organization, ("Sweepstakes Administrator") and will be contacted either in person or by overnight courier and phone on or about October 11, 2007. Limit one (1) prize per person per household. Sweepstakes Administrator’s decisions with respect to Grand Prize Winner and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final. The Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification. If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential prize winner within five (5) days of the initial attempt to contact, if a potential prize winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date or if a potential prize winner fails to comply with any of Sponsor’s requirements or decisions, his/her prize will be forfeited, and an alternate prize winner shall be selected. By entering into the Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Sweepstakes Administrator’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes Administrator reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the Grand Prize using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the DIY Website. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the Grand Prize Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Prizes: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the Grand Prize, which will consist of a home (based on the winning design from a previously held online vote) located in Townsend, Tennessee in the Smoky Mountains with a value of approximately Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($330,700) (includes the real property and the house only without furnishings), (the "Blog Cabin"). Total (approximate retail value ("ARV")) ARV of Grand Prize is $330,700. The home shall be conveyed to the Grand Prize Winner without representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those, if any, provided by any contractor/developer ("Developer") from whom Sponsor has agreed to acquire the home, and other than any applicable manufacturers’ warranties. Real estate transfer taxes, deed recording charges and closing costs, if not the obligation of the Developer pursuant to an agreement with DIY (the "Home Contract") to acquire the home, shall be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, as will all future real estate taxes and other expenses related to the maintenance of the house. Title insurance and homeowner’s hazard and liability insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Condition of title to home shall otherwise be as set forth in the Home Contract.

Total ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $330,700.

All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the Grand Prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the Grand Prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value. The Grand Prize will be awarded.

Winners’ List: Beginning on or about October 29, 2007 you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner, either by going to the DIY Website (www.diynetwork.com) or mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: "DIY’s Blog Cabin Winner’s List", P.O. Box 52685, Knoxville, TN 37950. Requests received after November 16, 2007 will not be honored.
