    Figure C

    Materials (figure A):

    Craft wire
    Sparkling apple cider tops
    Wire cutters
    Small pliers
    Cards

    1. With the wire cutters snip off one section of the circled wire that makes up the bottom of the wire top (figure B).

    2. Fashion a chair back with the wire. There is much room to get creative here, but make sure to leave an ample length of wire on the bottom ends of the chair back to connect it to the rest of the chair.

    3. Twist the bottom ends of the chair back around the back "legs" of the chair (figure C).

    4. Now make an upside down "U" shape with the wire. This is the piece of wire that will hold the card in place.

    5. Put this "U" behind the chair back and twist it also to the back "legs" of the chair.

    6. Write a guest's name on a card and place the card between the chair back and the "U."

Products: It could get pretty expensive to buy apple cider for place card holders, so try to save them from a party. Craft wire can be purchased at craft stores nationwide.
