Press the hem up, keeping the row of stay-stitching slightly toward the seam allowance (figure A). With the fabric folded up, stitch again (figure B ). Carefully trim the seam allowance down to 1/8" (figure C). Turn the hem about 1/8" and press lightly. Stitch (it isn't necessary to use pins). At this point the fabric will roll into place.
