    Adding elastic:
Using a weaving needle, weave elastic through last rnd and pull it tight enough to fit securely around a bun, but not so tight that you can't put it on. Tie a knot in the elastic and put a tiny bit of glue on the knot. You want the elastic tight enough to hold your bun but not so snug that you can't get it on.

    Weaving in and covering elastic:
With a weaving needle, weave elastic through last row of crochet, tie a knot in the elastic and put a tiny bit of glue on the knot. Then cover it using 2 strands of yarn. To do this, join in the last stitch you worked with the right side facing you. Chain 1, go through next stitch, yarn over, pull through 2 loops on hook, yarn over, go through next stitch, pull through 4 loops on hook, yarn over, pull through all 4 loops, yarn over, go through same stitch.
