Back Neck and ShouldersSlip bunny's back sts onto working needle. With WS facing, join yarn at right leg edge of back. Row 1: Purl. Row 2: k1, k2tog, k5, k2tog, k1, cast off the next 4 sts, k1, k2tog, k5, k2tog, k1. Work each side separately, beginning where yarn is attached.

Pick up and knit 18 sts around leg opening, ending at the front edge of shoulder. Row 1: (WS) p11, W&T, k4, W&T, p5, W&T, k6, W&T, p7, W&T, k8, W&T, p9, W&T, k10, W&T, p11, W&T, k12, W&T, purl to end of row. Row 2: (RS) k1, k2tog, k12, k2tog, k1. (16 sts) Rows 3-5: Beginning with a purl row, work 3 rows in stockinette stitch. Cut yarn. Rows 6-15: Join a single strand of contrast yarn and, beginning with a knit row, work 10 rows in stockinette stitch. Row 16: k1, [k2tog, k2] 3x, k2tog, k1. (12 sts) Rows 17-19: Beginning with a purl row, work 3 rows in stockinette stitch. Row 20: k1, [k2tog] 5x, k1. (7 sts) Cut yarn. With a tapestry needle thread yarn through remaining 7 sts, pull together tightly and fasten off. Left Front Leg With RS facing, join yarn to marked edge of left shoulder. Pick up and knit 18 sts around leg opening, ending at the marked row on tummy. Work as for right front leg.
