The color rounds for the flounce are as follows (for a total of 21 rounds):11 rounds khaki 2 rounds olive 4 rounds khaki 2 rounds turquoise 2 rounds olive Legend empty box = K1 - = P1 + = make 1 knitwise X = ignore this box How to read the chart The numbers to the right are the rows. So, according to the legend, for row 1 you would P2 K2 for the whole row. For row 2, you would P2 K2 and then make 1 for the whole row. You would also do that for rows 3 and 4, since the next row that calls for a change isn't until row 5. (And so on, and so on?.) After these 21 rounds of flounce, bind off all sts. purlwise. Insert elastic or ribbon around waist to fit, if preferred.
