    Organizing Your Car Trunk

The Queen of Clean®, Linda Cobb, says you need to keep a basket of goodies in your car at all times. It should include the following items:

    • Net Bags -- These are the bags like produce comes in. They make great bug scrappers. You can use them on the windshield and the grill. Just use them when you stop for gas and then just throw them away.

    • Nonstick Spray -- Spray it on the front of your grill where bugs collect (figure A) and they won't be hard to remove when you wash your car.

    • Fabric Softener Sheets -- Keep these in your glove box and use them to clean the dashboard, air vents and polish the rearview mirror. You can store them in a plastic zip bag.

    • Organize all your car washing items in one basket and the rags to wash and dry the car in a bag.

    • In the wintertime, a bag of cat litter or old newspapers are good items to keep in your truck to use for traction.
