    Hawaiian Yams
    (Serves 4)

    Ingredients:

    2 cups cooked yams
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup raw sugar
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1 5oz. can evaporated milk

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Mix the ingredients together, and then put into a small casserole dish that has been sprayed with vegetable spray.

    Casserole Topping

    1 cup finely minced pineapple
    1/4 cup raw sugar
    8oz. jar of maraschino cherries with juice

    1. Mix the ingredients together.

    2. Heat on the stove for 10 minutes.

    3. Top the casserole with the mixture, and then bake for 40 minutes.
