Snack BarA wonderful snack is made using the oils created earlier.
Ingredients:variety of Spanish olives almonds onion pimento garlic caperberries Manchego cheese Marcona almonds quince paste lemon/thyme, garlic/pepper, and orange/cinnamon dipping oils rustic bread 1. Cut the Manchego cheese into wedges, and then top with quince paste. 2. Place almonds on a plate, and then surround with cheese. 3. Place olives stuffed with almonds, onion, pimento and caperberries into olive boats. 4. Pour each flavored oil onto its own plate, and then serve cut bread for dipping.
