Q: A friend gave me a box of candlesticks. They don’t all match and I’m wondering if I should still put them out.
A: By all means, put them on display! They don’t have to match. By using candlesticks of different heights and shapes, you can create wonderful dimension. Play with them a while, see how you think they look best. They’ll make a really interesting display.

Q: I've always wanted to be able to fold napkins so they look classy. Can you tell me how?
A: Take a cloth napkin and start with folding it in half down the middle. Fold back one side of the halves, but do a double fold. Then, flip the napkin over and fold the sides in twice. Finally, flip that over again and stick in your silverware inside the flap.

Q: The last time my wife and I made fondue, it got runny and it burned. She wants to make it again, for company. Can you tell me the right way to do it.
A: The key to a fondue is to start the burner on bottom right before you're ready to serve. That's how it gets too runny...it's too hot. Keep to bite size portions...this will prevent double dipping!
