Extra Fondue Party Tips:- Set up at least four tables for the various fondue pots (figure A):
- Cheese
- Beef
- Seafood
- Dessert
Space the tables out quite a bit to encourage guests to mingle while they sample the fondues. Note: Never leave the fondue pots unattended while they are cooking. - It is important not to have too much on one table so the pot will not get knocked over.
Expert Tip: For outdoor parties make sure there are plenty of refreshments, nonalcoholic, and things that include fresh mint, fresh lemonade and non-sweetened iced tea. Don't forget the citronella candles -- they are the only thing you need to make guests in a very hot climate.Expert Tip: Smaller morsels, when they are about to be broiled or grilled, are easily skewered. That way it keeps everything neat, nice and easy to serve. - Be creative with vegetables and use them to hold tea light candles (figure B) to decorate the tables.
