Buffet and Room Set Up- Place the stuffed pears on a plate with black river rocks and add some orchids.
- Leave the slaw in a bowl and place that bowl on a clear plate. Surround the plate with black river rocks and sliced cucumbers (figure A).
Expert Tip: When there is a need to scale back on a dinner menu, the best thing to do is focus on a few items rather than a large menu. - Make a plate of assorted berries and place them on a bed of wheat grass fringe placed between two platters (figure B).
- Make an orchid arrangement and place in the center of a large glass platter. Place the chicken dish around the arrangement.
Expert Tip: It is important to carry an essential theme throughout the entire event. From flowers to food to lines to favors to music. - Place gel crystals in 3 of the square glass cube containers, then top with wheat grass (figure C). Place round candles the other 4 square glass containers. Alternate starting with the candles and place all these containers around the buffet table.
- Remove furniture from the room where you will be having the yoga lesson. Put down the yoga mats, and lay a tote by each mat. You will be providing a yoga mat for each guest to take home with them.
