    1. Place the stuffed pears on a plate with black river rocks and add some orchids.

    2. Leave the slaw in a bowl and place that bowl on a clear plate. Surround the plate with black river rocks and sliced cucumbers (figure A).

Expert Tip: When there is a need to scale back on a dinner menu, the best thing to do is focus on a few items rather than a large menu.

    3. Make a plate of assorted berries and place them on a bed of wheat grass fringe placed between two platters (figure B).

    4. Make an orchid arrangement and place in the center of a large glass platter. Place the chicken dish around the arrangement.

Expert Tip: It is important to carry an essential theme throughout the entire event. From flowers to food to lines to favors to music.

    5. Place gel crystals in 3 of the square glass cube containers, then top with wheat grass (figure C). Place round candles the other 4 square glass containers. Alternate starting with the candles and place all these containers around the buffet table.

    6. Remove furniture from the room where you will be having the yoga lesson. Put down the yoga mats, and lay a tote by each mat. You will be providing a yoga mat for each guest to take home with them.
