 Use vegetables and flowers to create a colorful centerpiece for your Fondue party.

Decorative Cylinders- Trim roses to just above the height of the vase. The blooms will basically rest right at the lip of the vase.
- For the tomato vase, bind the roses at the base of the stems. Place the flowers in the vase and fill in with the tomatoes. Fill with water to magnify the tomatoes.
- For the asparagus vase, use two cylinders. Put a smaller cylinder inside of a larger one. Arrange asparagus stalks in the larger cylinder around the smaller one (figure A). Place the roses in the small cylinder.
Note: Be creative and use any colorful fruit or vegetable that is in season. - For the corn kernel vase, bind the roses at the base of the stems. Place the flowers in the vase and fill in with corn kernels (figure B). Fill with water to magnify the corn kernels.
Expert Tip: Adding fruits and flowers with your vegetables adds a lot of color and creates interest with your arrangement.
