 David's creative idea for lighting transforms a set of jars and a bicycle wheel into a unique chandelier.

Materials:Vintage bike wheel Camping glow sticks Glass jars and lids Aircraft cable Crosby Polyurethane glue Black paint Paint brushes Drill Crimpers

- Pull off the tube part of a battery operated camping glow stick. Paint the base black.
- Drill a hole in the center of each jar lid (figure A) the same diameter of the base of the glow stick.
- Attach a Crosby to the end of a length of aircraft cable.
- Thread the cable through the hole in each lid (figure B).
- Insert the glow stick base into the hole of the lid, and then glue together using a polyurethane glue or super glue.
- Drill five to seven holes through the rim of a bike wheel (figure C).
- Thread the hanging cable through the holes and crimp with a Crosby.
- Drill a hole through the threaded rod of the bike wheel, and then string through the aircraft cable for installation.
