    The "citi-fied suite" idea has taken hold in Motamedi's bedroom-dining area and now the existing nightstands' dark and heavy finish (figure A) isn't compatible with the room's fresh, airy design. The Fresh Coat painters lighten them up by washing them in crisp off-white paint with an eggshell finish.

    screwdrivers
    drop cloths
    cardboard
    painter's tape
    sand paper
    tack cloth
    Benjamin Moore's White Dove
    Benjamin Moore's 502 Grasslands Tinted Primer
    square brushes

    1. Remove drawer pulls, sand and wipe.
    2. Paint nightstands with 502 Grasslands Tinted Primer (figure B). Let dry.
    3. Paint nightstands with White Dove (figure C). Let dry.
