  • Cool and Classic Bedroom: The Walls
  • A solid coat of light blue brings a classic, cool look the bedroom walls in Meagan Dorherty's quirky new apartment.
    From "Fresh Coat"
    episode DFCT-309

    PHOTO

    Figure A
The Fresh Coat painters roll a solid coat of light blue on all the upper walls of Meagan Dorherty's drab bedroom in a solid matte finish (figure A). This helps the architectural details like the windows and doors stand out and lends a cool, crisp look that fits her personal style.

To add visual interest and highlight the paneling, the team paints the lower walls with a darker blue to ground the room.
