  • City Suite: The Vanity
  • A rich coat of warm green paint and paste tinted in shimmering stone colors makes a desk into a sparkling vanity
    From "Fresh Coat"
    episode DFCT-312

    PHOTO

    Figure A
Desiree Motamedi's sleep space needs a vanity and the Fresh Coat team obliges by turning the lower portion of her desk into a vanity (figure A) and moving it from the dining area to the bedroom space.

They paint the piece a soft, muted green, with a cool application of Shimmer Stone applied to the desktop with a sponge. This creates a stone-like finish with nighttime sparkle, perfect drama for this uptown girl's vanity!
