    Using stud finder.
    Steps:

    1. Find the center point of the wall between the two windows, using a steel tape measure for accuracy.

    2. Bring in Melamine side pieces and mark wall for height.

    3. Use a level to make a straight horizontal line, matching up the wall marks.

    4. Use a stud finder to find the studs along the level line.
    5. Measure over 3/8" to take into account the width of the divider.

    6. Install cleat at top of the wall by predrilling with a countersink bit. Screw cleat into place.

    7. Position vertical bracket and attach to the cleat.

    8. Repeat process with the second cleat.

    9. Draw a vertical level line from the side of the cleat to the base molding. This determines where to remove the molding.

    10. Using a reciprocating saw, cut down the molding on the left side and measure over 83-1/4". This determines how much molding to remove for both the armoire and the bench seat.

    11. Cut down molding on the right side.

    12. Use a utility knife to score the caulk at the top of the molding and gently pry loose the molding with a crowbar.

    13. Now line up the first vertical panel to the side of the cleat and screw it into position.

    14. Install shelf pins with a drill. Position in place and secure by turning the cam locks. Place shelving on pins.

    15. Repeat the process for the rest of the unit.

    16. Add top panel and secure to the vertical panels.

    17. Position the toe-kick and secure it to the base. It should be a tight fit.

    18. Drawer runners are installed with pins, and drawers are fitted into place.

    19. A laminate counter top with a brown finish is installed over the melamine top. Attach with screws, making sure the screws do not exceed the combined thickness of the two layers.

    20. Repeat the same process for the window seat.
