 Use ribbons to refresh a favorite -- but tired -- picture frame, or to dress up a flea-market find.

Materials: Plain, flat frame Photo and mat Grosgrain ribbon in same width as frame Narrower ribbon or trim Peel-and-stick double-sided adhesive tape Permanent fabric glue Scissors - Place photo and mat in frame.
- Measure and cut peel-and-stick adhesive to fit frame, place around frame and firmly adhere grosgrain ribbon.
- Cut narrow ribbon a little longer than needed; glue the first piece across the top and on top of the grosgrain ribbon (centering any ribbon designs).
- Fold ends of ribbon into mitered corners and glue.
- Glue the cut piece of trim and attach on top of the grosgrain, placing the mitered corner on top of the first piece of trim.
- Continue around the frame, placing mitered trim over the grosgrain ribbon.
- Allow to dry thoroughly.
