Feeling unappreciated? Make this special doggie brunch and watch the tails start wagging in appreciation!

Dogs are pack animals who love to eat in groups. How about bringing your dog in the house for brunch on Sundays so she can enjoy your company as she eats? Zookeeper Stephanie Zielinski shares her recipe for a home-cooked meal that your dog will enjoy.

    Ingredients:

    Kibble
Ground beef (80 percent lean -- dogs need some fat)
    Stewing vegetables (frozen are fine)
    Leftover takeout rice

    Preparation:

Cook the meat in a skillet until it's browned. Add vegetables and rice to the skillet and heat through.

Add the cooked mixture to the kibble in the dog's bowl and let cool before serving.
