For a variation, place cream cheese, ham, a variety of chopped olives and a slice of Swiss cheese on a tortilla. Roll tightly and cut into pieces. Pineapple always goes well with ham, so you can use cream cheese, ham, pineapple chunks and chopped onion on a tortilla. Cut diagonally and serve (figure A). Use your imagination: try different varieties -- whatever flavors you enjoy. The ham gives it good flavor; the cream cheese provides smoothness. Just be sure to wrap it tightly before slicing (figure B). These make great appetizers with very little effort.
