    Martini With Olive Rosemary Skewers

    Ingredients:

    1-1/2 oz. gin or vodka
    Small drop vermouth
    Ice chips
    Large green olives
    Fresh rosemary sprigs

    Preparation:

    Fill martini shaker about 3/4 of the way with crushed ice. Add a drop of vermouth and rotate shaker so vermouth is swirled in ice chips. Drain shaker of any excess water. Add vodka or gin to shaker and swirl. Pour into chilled martini glasses.

    Garnish with olives skewered on fresh rosemary stalks.
