    Grape Sorbet

    Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups each white grapes, red grapes, white grape juice
    Fresh ginger, sliced, to taste
    Fresh nutmeg, grated, to taste

    Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into a tabletop ice-cream maker, freeze according to ice-cream maker directions and then scoop mixture out into individual serving dishes.

For a fancy touch, before filling the dishes, dip the rim of each into 1/2 cup beaten pasteurized egg whites and then into 1/2 cup sugar. If you wish, you can also place a white and a red grape on a bamboo skewer and dip them the same way for a pretty garnish.
