    Materials:

    Wooden valance (the one chosen by Brad resembles an abacus)
    Fabric of your choice
    Stapler or staple gun

    1. Attach the fabric to the backside of the wooden valance (figure A) with staples.

    2. Attach the valance with brackets, screws or any means of your choice.
