    Materials:

8 glass panes the size of place mats
Computer generated letters that spell tango
    Assorted paint brushes
Red and black acrylic craft paint
    Gold metallic craft paint
    Hot glue gun
    Glue sticks
    Decorative ribbon
    Glass beads
    Single edge blade

    1. On the computer, print out the word T A N G O, plus symbols (i.e. treble clef), for as many guests as you invited. You can print the letters by free hand if you prefer. Make one letter per page.

    2. Center and tape each letter underneath a glass pane. Paint the letters gold metallic (figure A) and then let them dry. Remove the taped paper.

    3. With a foam brush, dab red paint right over the gold letters being careful not to scrape the gold letters. Paint the entire pane red and let it dry. For the best results, let the red layer dry and then give it a final coat of red.

    4. Glue ribbon all around the edges of the pane (figure B). The ribbon needs to be wider than the edge. After adhering the ribbon all around the pane, it is time to finish off the corners. Cut the ribbon at a diagonal and then fold the ribbon down and hot glue it all the way around.

    5. Glue 2 beads together to make feet for the glass panes. Glue them in each corner on the back of the pane (figure C).

    6. Take a single edge blade and gently scrap any glue off the edges (figure D ).

Expert Tip: When you set a table for your party, you need to think of a theme and then create a look of what you want. It makes a big difference and your friends will love it.
